Goal-orientated Respite and STA

This service focuses on providing short-term, goal-orientated support while enhancing their independence skills. Participants practice daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and self-care with guidance.

Community Participation and group support

Support designed to help participants engage in social, recreational and community activities, fostering connection and inclusion. Opportunities to build relationships and connect with others while improving confidence and independence.
